Happy New Year! A letter from David Prostko

To All Elite Marketing Interactions Associates:

As we kick off the New Year, we want to recognize all of the hard work and dedication that each of our employees has contributed to the growth that we experienced as a company in 2012. Throughout the past year, we have continued to further develop many new and existing areas of our business, thus enhancing the services we offer to our customer, Meijer, and CPG partners.

You all have been instrumental in a significant amount of change that has occurred. All of this change has been designed around making our business stronger by being indispensable, sustainable and relevant. This not only strengthens our business proposition, but also ensures career growth for our team.

Some of our 2012 highlights included:

• The development of our warehouse, office and kitchen facility
• Expansion of our analytical team and capabilities
• Enhanced communication processes with our customer, Meijer, and vendor partners
• The “Fresh” test program in 15 Cincinnati and Columbus area Meijer stores
• Improved operational quality standards for point-of-sale material and event cart presentation
• Enhanced capabilities, appearance and execution of Meijer Lobby Events
• Increased expansion of events leading to direct CPG growth
• Expansion of Taste of Meijer and Community Outreach events
• Significant growth in our event volume by almost 10% over 2011

As we begin 2013, Elite Marketing Interactions will continue to push forward and grow. Being the final year and phase of our three-year improvement strategy, we will continue to focus on maintaining high standards and working together to reach our future goals. This will provide a sustainable and indispensable value to Meijer to keep us relevant to their business needs.

Each and every one of you contributes to our combined success. At times we are so hurried with the business activities that we don’t take the time to acknowledge and thank you for the work you perform. We do appreciate all that you do, and going forward, we will look to celebrate your successes and work towards building a bond at all levels of our team.

Thank you all for your invaluable efforts that make our company what it is. Deborah and I wish each one of you a wonderful and joyous 2013.

Thank you!
