Tony’s Two Cents

The first thing we are selling at every event is ourselves. We need to catch shoppers’ eyes and be inviting in order to get people over to our carts. Nothing else accomplishes that like a smile. It’s a warm welcome that lets folks know that we want them to try something good. A smile makes anything you wear look better; it never goes out of style; it’s free—and you’ll feel good doing it! So let’s see those smiles out there!

I know one thing that gets me smiling is looking over the numbers for our top-selling sales advisors. Check them out:

March Top Sales Advisors

  • Sharon Zmij, who works for Cleveland Area Manager Lisa Smith, led the way in March with average sales per event of $4,012 thanks to a very successful ham event!
  • Patricia Rodman, who works for Pittsburgh Area Manager Kelly Zaletsky, scored home runs with ham and V8 Fusion events, bringing her average sales to $2,225.
  • Harriet Black, who works for Columbus Area Manager Wendi Stevenson, did an amazing job with ham and Capri Sun events, bringing her average sales per event to $889.

1st Quarter 2013 Top Sales Advisors

  • Sharon Zmij’s $4,012 average also led the way for the full 1st quarter.
  • Leona Vanryn, who works under Pittsburg Area Manager Ami Eynon, came in second with average sales per event of $1,347 for the 1st quarter.
  • Deborah Vander Sluis, who works under Columbus Area Manager Wendi Stevenson, also set the bar high with average sales per event of $432.

Impressive work everyone! Keep it up—and keep smiling!
