Cleveland-born chef Michael Symon invaded Pittsburgh on September 8 as part of his promotional tour for his new book “Michael Symon’s 5 in 5.” Symon is a cohost on the hit ABC program “The Chew,” as well as a Food Network Iron Chef. The book is a collection of 120 5-ingredient, 5-minute recipes for busy cooks on the go. The tour included stops at both the Village Square and Robinson Market District stores. At each event, Chef Symon signed copies of his book and entertained the crowd, while members of the One to One Interactions team passed out samples of his recipes, which were prepared by the Market District Chefs. Our teams were also tasked with helping to direct the huge crowds.
