Now is the Time to Focus on ’15
Happy New Year! I hope you had a safe and happy holiday season with your family and friends. We are already charging ahead with 2015 plans, and I am anticipating a great year ahead with all of you. While we can get caught up in our day to day work, it is important to focus on the year ahead and plan for success.
As prepared as we are, nothing beats a fresh start that a new year brings. For all of us, I think this is the perfect time to take a look at where we can improve. Let’s analyze what went well in the previous year and what areas we need to refocus on, and then make the necessary changes for the new year.
Every year is critical to the success of our organization. What fuels our ambition is very much the same as what grounds us. Our Cultural Beliefs drive our actions. I encourage all associates to memorize these beliefs, not only for the purpose of knowing them word for word, but to be able to understand their meanings and to live them through your actions every day. I Hear You!, Embrace Change, Right Things First, Be One, Open Up and Own It are all necessary components of what it will take to continue to build, grow and make this company thrive.
I encourage you to continue to challenge yourself. Take personal accountability for making this a great year. Each day ask yourself how you can make a positive impact. Let’s work together to make this company the best it has ever been in 2015.
